The suit was dismissed on April 9, 2014 when they paid off their debts.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that the couple "scrambled every month" before scoring an HGTV deal. Chip was even arrested for failing to pay "something like $2,500 in tickets" shortly after the birth of their first son Drake, 11.

Now, the couple charges other couples for their TV time so they can afford to purchase and open their own breakfast restaurant.
