Jessica Simpson's Mother Tina Simpson Engaged To Gardener –– Happy News After Shocking Divorce & Gay Rumors For Her Ex Joe

Jessica Simpson's mother Tina is engaged to landscaper Jon Goldstein, just two years after her high-profile divorce from longtime husband Joe, amid rumors he's gay.
The shocking split of the stage parents -- who were married 34 years and helped their daughters build an entertainment empire -- was finalized in April 2013.
An insider told US Weekly, Goldstein -- who runs a landscaping firm called Johnny Appleseed Landscaping -- has been friends with the family "for 15 years," and "a really nice guy," to boot!
"He's so happy she said 'Yes!' I know he had been planning on asking her for a while," the insider told the magazine.
The couple first emerged publicly as a couple when Jessica and Eric Johnson tied the knot last summer, at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.
