Jenelle Evans is facing 30 days in jail as she prepares to go in front of a jury to plead her case but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Nathan Griffith has been caught lying about the incident.

The Teen Mom 2 star was arrested on August 20, 2015, after she allegedly threw a glass at Jessica Henry, Griffith's girlfriend.

Griffith's version of the events is that he watched Evans throw the glass at his girlfriend, but a source told RadarOnline.com that if he sticks with that story he will be busted.

"On the video that the cops have, Nathan is clearly heard telling them that he didn't see anything because he was loading things into the truck," a source who has seen the video told RadarOnline.com.

In a shocking legal move, Evans had decided that she wants to face a 6-person jury in the case, which sources said she believes is all part of a plot by Griffith and Henry to force her to give up custody of baby Kaiser.

"Jenelle thinks that Nathan is just using this to try and manipulate her in their custody case," another source told RadarOnline.com.

The MTV star will be in court on Friday, April 22 for her trial and if she is found guilty, the jury could sentence her up to 30 days in jail.
