Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel settled the final dispute with her estranged ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, over the $5 million dollar luxury home they lived in during their hellish marriage, with the reality star victorious in the battle over the Big Apple house of horrors.

The bank and 45-year-old reality star's amended mortgage for the home laid bare some secrets from the nasty years-long divorce battle between Frankel and Hoppy.

A court order, previously sealed in the divorce, was attached to the filing, revealing that the former couple only settled their fight over the apartment in September

During the protracted legal case, Frankel demanded in her divorce petition that she be declared the true owner of the apartment and Hoppy had no rights, per their prenuptial agreement. However, Hoppy fired back, disputing she was the only owner of the pad.

Then, on September 13, the two finally agreed to compromise and forever settle all disputes over the property, which will be amended into their previous divorce settlement reached in July.

Per the agreement, the title of the home was transferred to Frankel and Hoppy forever was barred from claiming any interest in it.

The decision marked the last of the many bitter points of contention the two had to settle after 4-years of court appearances following their split.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Frankel and Hoppy, 46, married in 2010 and announced their separation after just three years of marriage and months of speculation the relationship was on the rocks.

The former couple settled all issues over custody and support over their now-6-year-old daughter, Bryn back in 2014, but the war waged on for over a year over the division of their property and assets.

Now that she's won, Frankel is set to reap the spoils of their final fight: She listed the home at the asking price of $6,950,000 and there is currently a pending sale, meaning the RHONY star is set to make a whopping $1,955,000 profit off the house of horrors.
