Jared Fogle’s Wife Officially Files For Divorce From Disgraced Former Subway Spokesman -- Read The Shocking Court Documents
Jared Fogle's wife is wasting no time in washing her hands of the disgraced former Subway spokesman.
The same day Katie McLaughlin Fogle announced her plans to "seek a dissolution of the marriage,"the 36-year-old mother of alleged pedophile Jared's two young children filed divorce papers in Indiana's Boone County, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In Boone County Superior Court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Katie petitioned for dissolution of marriage on August 19.

She also lists their separation date as August 19— meaning the child porn and sex allegations may have come as quite the shock on Wednesday.
According to the papers, their son was born in 2011, and a daughter arrived in 2013. Katie claims she is not presently pregnant.
She claims the divorce was due to "an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage," and so far, isn't making any specific custody requests.
"The Wife requests that the Court determine all child related issues, including custody, parenting time, child support and education expenses as part of the final order," documents state. "The Wife requests a custody order that serves the best interests of the parties' children."
Katie also leaves property concerns up to the court.
"The Wife requests that the Court enter appropriate orders to divide and distribute the parties' marital estate," papers continue.
A summons was issued to Jared and his representation via registered mail.
Katie has enlisted the help of Indianapolis divorce lawyer James A. Reed.
The filing follows officials' allegations that Jared possessed images and videos depicting child pornography and even engaged in sexual relations with young prostitutes.
As RadarOnline.com noted, the weight loss icon and childhood obesity awareness charity founder arranged his sick trysts with the young woman to coincide with business trips to New York City— likely to keep his wife and family from catching on to his heinous criminal behavior.
Though Jared has yet to publicly address the claims, Katie released a statement via her lawyer yesterday.
"Obviously, I am extremely shocked and disappointed by the recent developments involving Jared," she said, adding that her focus remains on the "well-being" of her children with him.
Jared will reportedly take a plea deal, and could face 12 years in prison
