How Gwen Stefani Has Made Blake Shelton 'A New Man'

Blake Shelton has been a judge on The Voice since the first season in 2011, but a production insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he has never looked or sounded so good – and they believe he has girlfriend Gwen Stefani to thank!
The couple announced last week that they are dating, and already, "It's almost like Blake is a new man," the insider said, adding, "He is just so put together."
"Gwen is a really good influence on Blake," the source told RadarOnline.com after the two announced that they were officially a couple.

Despite the ongoing fallout from his divorce from Miranda Lambert, the source said, "He has been coming to work fresh faced, ready to go. It is really refreshing."
