A scoring mishap during Monday night's episode of ABC's Dancing with the Stars has fans claiming the show is "rigged," RadarOnline.com has learned. And a source says that Nyle DiMarco, at the center of it all, "is beyond upset!"

The debacle unfolded last night when judge Bruno Toniolo, 60, held up his placard that clearly displayed a perfect score of 10 for DiMarco, who had just finished dancing a Foxtrot to U2's "Beautiful Day" with partner Peta Murgatroyd, 29. Carrie Ann Inaba showed a 10 as well, and Len Goodman showed a 9. However, the producers' total showed a 10 from Inaba, a 9 from Goodman, and only a 9 from Tonioli.

Host Tom Bergeron insisted that Tonioli had previously written down a 9, and that's what would count in the end.

And it was the second time this had happened to DiMarco: A similar incident involving Tonioli and guest judge Maksim Chmerkovskiy unfolded on April 18.

A rep for ABC told RadarOnline.com that Monday's scandal "was explained in detail within the show – via our host Tom Bergeron after it happened/after the break within that part of the show." But still, Twitter exploded with critiques from angry fans.

One Twitter user, @Its_Kimberlyn wrote: "Clearly #DWTS is fixed. They are screwing Nyle for a 2nd time. Bruno knows what score he wrote down. @DancingABC #disgusted #rigged"

Twitter user @LanaWinterzz, who wrote, "So why did Nyle get robbed of his score AGAIN?? I'm so over this show. #dwts"

An insider told RadarOnline.com that similar buzz is happening on set.

"You do the math. It is the second time this has happened. A couple of weeks ago, Bruno gave him a 10 and they made it a 9. The first time it was happened, they were like whatever it's a glitch, but last night Bruno seemed really pissed off," the insider said.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, DiMarco – who is also the winner of the past season of America's Next Top Model – has gotten a lot of heat on DWTS.

During last week's DWTS episode, judge Len Goodman, 72, called DiMarco "obnoxious" because of comments that were made by the deaf contestant about veteran dancer Val Chmerkovskiy, 30, in which he said that Chmerkovskiy – who is a coach for the show – was his only competition.

After Len’s comment’s last week calling Nyle obnoxious, Nyle’s feelings were really hurt,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “Unfortunately, things can get lost in translation sometimes."
