Still Holding A Grudge! How Kris Jenner Almost Ruined Ex-Wife Caitlyn's ESPYs Night
When Caitlyn Jenner thanked her family from the stage at the ESPY Awards, one name was noticeably missing -- her ex-wife, Kris Jenner. But RadarOnline.com has learned that Kris struck the first blow by neglecting to congratulate Caitlyn on her achievement for weeks!
ESPN announced weeks ago that Caitlyn would receive the award, but "Kris did not even send a text to Caitlyn to say congratulations," a well-connected Kardashian family insider told RadarOnline.com.
"Kris and Caitlyn are so far removed from each other's lives right now that there is nothing that either one of them could say to each other to fix things," the source continued. "Caitlyn's popularity has stung Kris so hard that she cannot even bring herself to be around her, nor can she even hear Caitlyn's name without cringing."
After Kris filed for divorce from her then-husband of 23 years, citing irreconcilable differences, their relationship became even more turbulent. When Caitlyn revealed her new identity on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine nearly six weeks ago, she slammed her ex-wife in the article, and things have been incredibly tense since, sources tell RadarOnline.com.
To make matters worse, Caitlyn did not extend an invite to Kris for the event – yet invited the rest of the family, including Kris's children Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, who are merely step-children to Caitlyn.
But it wasn't only Kris who was not invited. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Caitlyn uninvited Kourtney Kardashian's three-time baby daddy Scott Disick after Disick was caught cheating on Kardashian in the beginning of July.
"Scott did not call or text Caitlyn to wish her good luck either," the source said, adding, "Kourtney still has not even spoken to Scott except for when she connected him with the kids for a phone call."
