Billy Bush is taking a page out of Donald Trump's book, going on the offensive after NBC suspended him Monday from his TODAY show gig. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he's hired an attorney to save his job.

Now, Bush has hired top L.A. litigator, Attorney Marshall Grossman, to take on NBC. And, luckily for Bush, Grossman is coming out swinging!

Grossman told THR that since Bush was an NBC employee interviewing the star of NBC hit show, The Apprentice, he was not in any position to challenge Trump!

"If Billy had been passive or responded 'Shut the f— up' to Trump, Billy would have been out of a job the next day," Grossman told THR.
