Bethenny Frankel insists she's the queen "B" of The Real Housewives of New York City, but cracks are starting to show in her confident facade. In a preview for the upcoming episode obtained by RadarOnline.com, she breaks down in tears over her miserable personal life.

"Whatever my situation is, it's pretty f***ing bad and it's my own thing," she says as the tears pour down her face. "And I can't do it."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Frankel is in the middle of a bitter divorce from her ex, Jason Hoppy.
