Brad Pitt wasn't the only one blindsided by Angelina Jolie's divorce decision. RadarOnline.com can reveal that the couple's BFF George Clooney was blindsided by the shocking news that Jolie filed for divorce from his best friend!

At the UN General Assembly in New York City, Clooney, looking dapper in a dark suit, was ambushed by a CNN reporter with the news about Hollywood's fairytale marriage ending.

"Don't shoot me on this last questions. It's a big story and you're friends with both of them," the CNN reporter said to Clooney on the video. "Your thoughts…she's a humanitarian…Angelina and your friend Brad."

Confused, the Ocean's 11 star asked "What happened?" and seemed surprised when told they're divorcing.

"I didn't know that wow," Clooney said. "I feel very sorry then."

Friends for decades, Clooney spoke kindly about the couple's split, in which Jolie asked for full physical custody of the couple's six children.

"That's a sad story and unfortunate for a family. That's an unfortunate story about a family. I feel very sorry to hear that," he said. "That's the first I've heard of it."
