Amber Heard may not have testified yet, but she finally broke her silence on the incriminating video of Johnny Depp attacking her.

In the footage, Depp, 53, is seen hurling a wine glass and bottle as Heard, 30, recorded him from afar. Reports claimed that Heard doctored the footage to help her score a victory in court.

"I am not responsible for the release of the video,” she claimed in a statement to E! News. “It was not what I wanted and I am doing what I can to force the media to take it off the Internet."

"I underestimated the toll that this difficult few months have taken on me, emotionally and physically, and the efforts made by the media to intimidate and discredit me,” she continued.

"It is for that reason, and my desire to make the healthiest choice for myself, and hopefully for Johnny, that I am attempting to resolve this matter in the most private way possible,” Heard concluded.

The actress was scheduled to testify against her estranged husband days after the footage was leaked after postponing her deposition multiple times.
