Amber Heard may have been caught on a lunch date with her ex-girlfriend last week, but now she's got another suspicious companion by her side!

According to Page Six, the actress spent last weekend at the Delano South Beach with none other than newly single Tesla mogul, Elon Musk.

Though insiders told the publication that they're just friends, onlookers in Florida last weekend witnessed a different story.

"They were seen arriving to, and leaving, the same room many times, but always separately," one spy told Page Six. "He was seen going in at night and doing a 'walk of shame' in the morning."

But pals of the pair were quick to deny the claims, saying: "Amber was there with her sister. She has been friends with Elon for four years. She had rented a standard suite at the hotel, and he had a bungalow, a poolside duplex room."

"He offered Amber and her sister use of his room so they could use the pool and have extra privacy, as he was working on a rocket launch," the source added.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Heard, 30, filed for divorce in Los Angeles on May 25, after 15 months of marriage. The Rum Diary star requested financial and personal documents from ex Johnny Depp, 53, at the time.

Later, she was granted a temporary restraining order against the actor, arriving to court with a bruise on her eye face, the alleged result of Depp throwing his iPhone at her. He has strongly denied her claims.

Meanwhile, billionaire Musk, split from wife Talulah Riley in March.

Heard's rep had no comment on their alleged romance.
