Miller, 50, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison. The incarceration will be followed by two years of supervised release.

In June 2016, Miller pled guilty to not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the ALDC owner will be reporting to prison on June 30.

"Although she has not yet received an official confirmation on where she will be serving her time, she has heard good things about Apple Valley or Victorville, which are both prisons located in California," a rep for Miller told RadarOnline.com.

Miller has been cashing in since the sentencing, as she requested permission to travel to New York on May 18 and 19 for three television shows that requested she appear for compensation.

Although Miller was expected to receive prison time, she claims the sentence came as a shock.

"I almost fell over when my sentence was announced," the reality star said at the launch party for What Happens At The Abbey in West Hollywood. "There were so many things that didn't come out and I just kept thinking, 'This is going to be over."
